Today’s topic is about an essential part of our bodies that often goes unnoticed…
The lymphatic system.
It is responsible for detoxing by removing waste and nasty stuff.
It’s like a sewer system for our body – and we’re exposed to more nasty stuff these days than ever before.
Chemicals, air pollution particles, xenoestrogens, PUFAs, and other harmful substances are all around us. And gurus recommend diets that do more harm than good.
All get inside of us, and our bodies have to do a lot of work to get rid of them…
That’s why keeping our lymphatic system healthy and functioning is EXTREMELY important.
When it’s not in good shape, we can experience swelling, fatigue, and other health problems.
Would you want your sewage system to get clogged?
Me neither.
The thing is…
…the lymphatic system depends on our movement – so unless we move, it can’t either.
This is because it doesn’t have a pump like the circulatory system (that’s our heart).
The key is to move around more.
But there is another super effective way to stimulate it…
Getting massages.
Massages help move the lymphatic fluid…
…and today’s study shows that this helps with fat loss.
This study was conducted at Hacettepe University, Turkey. It was published in the Journal of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology.
The researchers experimented to see if different types of massages help with fat loss and thigh thickness.
They selected 60 participants and randomly divided them into 3 groups:
Group 1 received a mechanical massage
Group 2 received manual lymphatic drainage
Group 3 received connective tissue manipulation
Before and after the treatment, the researchers took photographs of the participants.
The researchers measured the participants’ body composition using various methods.
“Subjects were evaluated by using standardized photographs, body composition analyzer (TBF 300) (body weight (BW), body mass index (BMI), fat %, fat mass (FM), fat free mass (FFM), total body water (TBW)), circumference measurement from thigh, waist-hip ratio (WHR), fat thickness measurements from abdomen, suprailium and thigh regions with skinfold caliper.”
The results showed that all 3 treatments effectively reduced the subcutaneous fat and the circumference of the thighs.
All 3 massages helped to reduce fat – but the standard massage (the one you get from a masseur) was the best one.
“All groups had an improvement in thinning of the subcutaneous fat after the treatment. Thigh circumference decreased by an average of 0.5 cm in all groups, and thigh fat thickness decreased 1.66 mm in Group 1, 2.21 mm in Group 2 and 3.03 mm in Group 3.”
The participant’s thighs got thinner, and the fat on their stomachs and hips went down too.
“Abdomen and suprailium fat thicknesses decreased 2.4 and 2.58 mm in Group 1, 1.78 and 2 mm in Group 2 and 1.23 and 0.64 mm in Group 3, respectively. The mean difference in waist-hip ratio was 0.1 cm in all groups.”
So as if massages weren’t relaxing and soothing enough – they also help with fat loss.
“All the treatment techniques are effective in decreasing the regional fat values of the patients.”
It’s a win-win situation.
Don’t forget to give your lymphatic system some love and get a massage regularly.
I’m booking a massage appointment right now.
—-Important Message About Dropping Fat Fast—-
This 45 second activity turned my life around — helped me lose unsightly belly fat, gain more confidence, and get erections again
When I first began researching natural remedies, I was a mess…
But sometimes you have to hit rock bottom to get to the top. Here’s what I mean…
Back then, my confidence was totally shot.
I wasn’t getting rocky almost at all anymore.
And I was hiding a big belly underneath a bunch of oversized t-shirts.
But now?
I’m getting great erections whenever I want.
And I’m not hiding myself in tent-like shirts. I even take my shirt off at the pool.
Now I’m just confident being me and I want that for every man.
But getting there was quite the story…
Yet the solution is something so simple, I can’t believe more men aren’t doing this…
It’s just a simple little 45 second activity I discovered, and here’s how I used it to turn my life around
P.S. Here’s how one of my student’s is doing with the 45 second activity:
